BellaVie GDPR regulation :

BellaVie informs you that your personal data are collected and processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Data concerned :

Personal data can be defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific elements specific to his/her physical, economic, cultural or social identity. Thus, data such as your name, first name and e-mail address, or the company in which you work, may be processed by BellaVie for the purposes of marketing analysis, customer relationship management and canvassing, and recruitment management, if applicable.

Methods of data collection :

The data is collected by BellaVie, in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness of the processing concerned (e.g. consent, processing necessary for the performance of a contract, a legal obligation and/or for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller such as maintaining a business relationship, etc.). Thus, for example, in the context of the management of the prospecting relationship, this data is collected following a consented contact (e.g.: emails, filling in a form, registration for newsletters, trade fairs) and for the purpose of operating a business relationship.

Recipients of the data :

The data is intended for use by BellaVie, in its capacity as data controller, by persons affiliated with the marketing department, the sales department, the departments responsible for handling customer relations and prospecting, as well as the administrative, human resources, logistics and IT departments. BellaVie may transmit the information collected to third parties, in particular to some of its technical service providers so that they can ensure the proper functioning of the BellaVie website and services. In this context, your data may be transferred outside the European Union, for which BellaVie undertakes to put in place appropriate guarantees in accordance with the European Union's Data Protection Regulation.

Duration of data retention :

The data is kept for the maximum period required by the regulations in force. In the case of archiving, access is restricted to those who need to know.

Exercising the rights of data subjects :

In the context of your request, BellaVie will inform you of the measures taken as soon as possible within 1 month of receipt. If BellaVie does not respond satisfactorily, you may also file a complaint with a supervisory authority .
